Our documentation is based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, which is the basis for construction and assembly works. Installation elements are modeled in 3D space, which ensures full multi-discipline coordination and facilitates and accelerates their installation. After the investment is completed, the resulting BIM model is an invaluable knowledge base for the investor. Our models are built with simple billing and work scheduling in mind at the stage of building the facility. Thanks to this technology, it was possible to implement the "zero collision" program in our office.
We prepare studies that include details about the technical condition of the installations of a given building. For complex and extensive installations, we enrich the documentation with 3D scans. If any irregularities are detected, we indicate their causes, effects and indicate the most effective ways to remove them.
We prepare energy audits and, based on them, design installations enabling broadly understood energy management. We propose solutions that will allow you to consciously and rationally balance and use energy through the use of renewable sources.
The "Design and Build" mode was created especially for those investors who are looking for comprehensive service. When building facilities in this formula, we coordinate the investment process at every stage - from developing the concept to putting the facility into use. We provide 3D scanning of disappearing works as well as updating and parameterization of the BIM model

Design of a heavy steel construction factory hall equipped with 5 overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 100 Mg, 5 overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 25 Mg, 1 overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 20 Mg and an anti-corrosion hall equipped with one overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 25 Mg along with an office and social section.
A replacement building design and an executive design of the production hall with the social and office part, the order-picking hall, the porter's lodge, the fire protection retention tank and the transformer station building were developed.
The industrial and warehouse facility with social and office area along with the accompanying infrastructure was designed for Zakład Produktów Energoelektroniki ABB. The whole complex consists of two single-storey technological halls and a two-storey office building.

The project included the expansion of the production hall with a loading section and maintenance workshops, extension of the office building, construction of a porter's lodge, storage and housing for technical gases in cylinders, technical gas tanks and foundations for devices, as well as land development and the necessary technical infrastructure
